question from a user

How quickly should the veteran's discount be applied once a dd214 is submitted? I submitted mine before my initial consultation, and it wasn't applied to my first order. I asked about it and was told they would ask the billing team and get back to me. That was 5 days ago...

The Veteran's discount should be applied to your first month's and every ongoing month's cost once submitted. If you're a new member & you have not been charged yet, than that will be applied once you are all set. You should get a receipt once your billing has processed & the discount should be visible on that. If you became a member then added that, your future billing should be adjusted & we generally give you a partial refund equal to the discount from your first month's cost if for some reason the timing was odd. Either way, your veteran status will always be honored.
