AlphaMD's Answer

Your lab results look good considering your dose. However, considering the half-life, you usually are better off waiting 7-8 weeks after starting to get labs. At 4 weeks your levels haven’t stabilized yet.

You don’t seem to have excess of either testosterone or estradiol, so your elevated heart rate is likely due to testosterones activation of the sympathetic nervous system. Testosterone has a direct correlation with the sympathetic nervous system, catecholamine release, and the body’s stress response. So a slight elevation of heart rate by ~10 BPM is considered normal, especially in the first 6 months or so.

Give it some time, your body is still acclimatizing to the TRT. Continue your current regimen and follow-up with your doctor. Some updated labs and reassessment of your symptoms is warranted
