On the Lab Results / Upload Files page you’ll see results provided by AlphaMD (for new patients) plus anything you’ve uploaded since transferring your care.
Can I upload labs from my primary care provider or another clinic?
Yes—this is the right place to upload external results for our review.
How will I know my file was received?
After you submit and save, AlphaMD is notified automatically. You’ll receive a message in your account if we have questions or next steps.
I can’t find “Lab Results / Upload Files.” What should I do?
Make sure you’re logged in. If you still don’t see it, try a desktop browser or refresh the page. If it persists, send us a secure message from your account.
If you have trouble uploading, send us a secure message from your AlphaMD account and we’ll be happy to assist. Uploading your documents only takes a few minutes and helps us provide the best possible care.
