Gonadorelin is a synthetic form of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), a naturally occurring hormone that plays a central role in regulating male reproductive health. It works by signaling the pituitary gland to release two important hormones: luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). These hormones are essential for stimulating the testes to produce testosterone and sperm.

Unlike hCG, which directly stimulates the testes, Gonadorelin works upstream by mimicking the brain’s natural hormone signaling—making it a more physiologic and potentially more sustainable option for fertility support.

Side effects are generally mild and may include flushing, nausea, dizziness, headache, or slight injection site discomfort. These are usually short-lived and well-tolerated by most users.
